Cleaning with Hydrogen Peroxide
Cleaning with Hydrogen Peroxide actually has a lot of GREAT advantages. I want to share with you some of my favorite ways why I love to use peroxide when I clean.
Tips for Cleaning with Hydrogen Peroxide
Here are a few ways I use peroxide to treat stains. Peroxide can clean blood stains by just pouring it over the blood and letting it sit for about 5 minutes then just blot and rinse off with cold water. Depending on how much blood or how long its been on there you might have to repeat one more! Peroxide works as a bleach so don’t just throw it in the wash with other clothes because it could bleach anything else it comes into contact with!
I also use it to treat stone and tile. My daughter used a permanent marker on the tile when learning how to write. Thankfully this did great. Just pour some peroxide in a bowl with some flour to create a paste. Spread the paste over any stain on tile or stones and place a piece of plastic wrap on top. Let it sit overnight and then wash off in the morning! Should be good as new!
Here is a great at home remedy for a cold or if you have swimmers ear. Just put a few drops of peroxide in your ear and let it work its magic. Within a few minutes or less you should have relief!
Also if you want to whiten your teeth. Put some baking soda on your tooth brush and brush your teeth. Then rinse with some baking soda! It will foam so don’t use a lot! It will also help with tooth aches and also cold sores!! It kills a lot of germs!!
Cleaning with peroxide can really disinfect a lot of areas, Kitchen bathrooms and more. Try putting peroxide in a spray bottle and use it daily to kill germs on your cutting boards, countertops, its does wonders on Mold!!!! You can even spray your veggies with it to help kill anything on them as well! A great way to disinfect your sponges as well is add about a 1/2c of peroxide and 1/2 c of hot water and let it soak for about 15 minutes. It will kill the germs and it will cut out all the smells as well.
With Thanksgiving around the corner clean out your fridge and use peroxide this time. Just spray and let it sit for a minute or two then wipe clean! Easy!! Also pour some in your toilet and let it sit for about 15-30 minutes then scrub and flush! Take the peroxide spray bottle and spray your shower after every use to keep mold away or to kill mold that is currently there! You can also spray your mirrors as well for a streak free clean!

I use peroxide to rid mattresses of stains as well as a way to disfect them during deep cleaning season. Also my latest thing since I ran out of bleach I use about 1/2 to 1 cup of peroxide in my dirty white load in the washer along with detergent. Whites come out white with no over the top bleach smell.
