Save your time, money, and nose hairs with these easy methods!

Simple ways to Remove Shoe Odor

1.Keep the Moisture at bay- Odors are caused by bacteria that breed in moist places. To keep odors at bay try to give them a 24 hour “dry out” period between wearing them again.

2. Grab your Essential Oils- Essential Oils are good for SO many things, including cutting down the stink factor of your favorite pair of tennis shoes. All you need is 6-8 drops of your favorite smelling essential oil on a cotton ball to place into your shoes. Most essential oils have antibacterial properties which is great for getting rid of those smells. Leave your cottonball in your shoe overnight and take out in the morning. You should have clean and fresh smelling soles by then!

3. Use Newspaper- Another great way to get rid of odors in shoes is wadding up some newspaper and stuffing it in your shoes, it helps soak up any left over sweat from your feet.

4.Stick em in the freezer- The freezer’s cold temperature will kill odor causing bacteria!

5.Grab a dryer sheet- Sticking a dryer sheet into each shoe is a great way to keep that musty smell away. (Also great to throw in a stinky gym bag!)

There you have it! 5 simple ways to remove shoe odor! You probably have all you need to do this at home right now right?
